Einsatzgruppen

The Einsatzgruppen killed mostly Jews, however, they also killed Soviet Union officals and other religious/political groups of people.  One of the greatest and worst massacres was in Kovno, Lithuania.  The Einsatzgruppen group "A" murdered 3,800 Jews in only two days.  That's 0.000633333333% of all Jews killed during the Holocaust!  Even though that seems like a very small number, it's actually very large considering that 6,000,ooo Jews were murdered in all.  When I found out about how many people were killed, it made me wonder why more wasn't done to help all of the innocent victims.  What do you think should've been done to help?
